Colorfest Space Application

 Rules of Conduct:

• Rentals are for one space. Each space is allocated one parking pass. Any and all additional parking is granted by availability and costs $25 per vehicle. The payment must be included in the booth fees.
• No switching spaces, no selling spaces, no sprawling into vacant unallocated spaces.
• Set up can begin on Thursday after 10:00am. Busy Bees Maid Service’s business will still be conducted on that Thursday and your cooperation to the flow of business is required. We will cease all operations no later than 5:00pm on that Thursday and will remain closed through the rest of the weekend.
• All trash removal at completion of Colorfest is vendor responsibility. If you bring it in, you must take it out.
• Busy Bees Maid Service cannot be held liable for weather related issues. All rentals are non-refundable and final.
• “Illuminating Enterprises, LLC” is the parent company that owns the property. All checks should be made to that entity.
• There is no electric or bathroom facilities that will be available on our property. There will be porta-pottys available at the Firehall behind our property.
• Vendor is responsible for acquiring appropriate vendor permits from the Town of Thurmont
