Preparation
The first step to hiring a Busy Bee professional is to have a site walk-through. This not only assures that your service will be second to none, but also provides us with the details necessary to serve you best. You’ll be explaining exactly what kind of services you’re looking for, where said work will be done, and a detailed schedule for us to work with.
One of our managers will come to your workplace for an initial visit. By scoping out the environment, we’re getting a better understanding of its layout and culture, which ultimately helps us better approach the job. Depending on the size of the space, this should be a relatively short, but important, visit.
This is a great time to show us any cleaning supplies you plan to provide, as well as specify which areas of the workplace we’ll be cleaning. If there are any specific requests for certain areas of the workplace, now is the best time to show us.
Cleaning Services
Below is a checklist of the many services we provide for commercial office spaces. This is not a comprehensive list, of course; if special accommodations are needed, they should be specified during the walk through, and we’ll be happy to reach an agreement with you.
Office Spaces & Meeting Rooms
- All areas dusted – on top, on the front, and underneath (all items moved and replaced)
- Window sills wiped
- Fingerprints washed from all woodwork
- Door frames and switch plates polished
- Vacuum where accessible
- Trash emptied
- Light covers wiped down or dusted
- Ceiling fan dusted
- Computer screens cleaned
- Overall appearance of the office left neat and tidy
Break Areas and Kitchens
- Countertops and backsplash cleaned (all items moved and replaced)
- Cabinet fronts cleaned
- Trash emptied
- Sinks scrubbed (including behind sink) and left shining/faucet checked
- Outside of oven and refrigerator cleaned (inside cleaned upon request)
- Sills wiped down
- Fingerprints washed from all woodwork, door frames, and switch plates
- Crown molding dusted or wiped down
- Floor swept and washed
- In and outside of microwave cleaned
Bathrooms
- Tiles and chrome cleaned and left shining
- Sinks scrubbed and left shining/faucets checked
- Toilets scrubbed inside and out including base and behind
- Paper products replaced
- Soap/hand sanitizer refilled
- Mirrors cleaned
- Sills wiped down
- Trash emptied
- Vacuum and wash floor
